The furnishings are super neat and everything is spotlessly clean!
The real highlight of the flat, however, is the flowery garden, where there is also a covered BBQ area.

Included services
Final cleaning, bed linen (change every 14 days), towels (change weekly), electricity, water, air conditioning, internet access and visitor's tax. The local registration fee of € 3.00 per person and stay is payable on site.
Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

The garden is also a highlight from the house, it is really beautiful , you can have a nice rest there. We really enjoyed staying there. Nicole G.: "Der gesamte zur Wohnung gehörende Aussenbereich (bestehend aus gemütlichem kleinen Sitzplatz direkt beim Gartenausgang, weiter Terrasse in sehr gepflegtem Garten sowie überdachtem Sitzplatz beim Aussen-Cheminée) ist top und steht den Mietern zur alleinigen Benutzung zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zwar nicht modern, aber zweckmässig. Alles ist sehr sauber. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum alten Stadtkern ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, daher sehr empfehlenswert!"
