In a quiet residential area of Bale is the approx. 50 m² large, new studio apartment on the first floor of the house of the Pulic family.The studio has a spacious, air-conditioned living-sleeping area with a double bed, a kitchenette and a small bathroom with shower/WC. If necessary, an extra bed can be added, so the studio offers space for up to 3 people.
In the house there are two more apartments for up to 6 persons each. In addition, the hosts live in the house and are always available for questions.
The old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone can be reached in a few minutes by bike or car.

Included services
Final cleaning, bed linen (change every 14 days), towels (change weekly), electricity, water, air conditioning, internet access and visitor's tax. The local registration fee of € 3.00 per person and stay is payable on site.
Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
