Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed and a private bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom 2 single beds are available. In addition the living area provides a large sofa bed. From the modern well equipped kitchen and the dining area, the beautiful terrace is accessible.
The owners live also in the house and will assist you with any questions at any time.
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and shops are just a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. You can reach the beaches of San Polo and Colone by bike or by car within minutes.

Included services
Final cleaning, bed linen (change every 14 days), towels (change weekly), electricity, water, air conditioning, internet access and visitor's tax. The local registration fee of € 3.00 per person and stay is payable on site.
Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR

The way to the beautiful, quiet beach is short by car, in Bale there is everything you need (restaurants, beautiful old town, mini market, ATM), and to our delight few tourists: great location! Ogi è stato gentilissimo e (Website hidden by Airbnb) ha fornito anche un pass per non pagare il parcheggio a bale e nelle spiaggia più vicine. che dire ....per noi è stato tutto bellissimo e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura"
Sehr nette Vermieter haben uns in einer liebevoll eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung im verträumten Bale empfangen. Der Aufenthalt war super, der Strand ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt und zur nächsten größeren Ortschaft fährt man ebenfalls nicht lang. Wir kommen gern wieder!
Jan P.: "The hosts Ogi and Maja were super nice, very helpful with pretty much everything regarding both living and our special needs: they even printed out some business papers I needed for myself and brought us an incredible fruit cake, 'just so'. The appt seemed like new and our hosts cleaned it repeatedly to our maximum satisfaction. (Forget the regular hotel-like cleaning, this was similar to 110% professional hospital service.) Staying at Maja & Ogi's place even brought us to support Croatia in football World Championship 2018!"

Judith S. Schreibt…Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Appartement 2 Wochen lang sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind nett, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben zwei sehr liebe Kinder und wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Die Verständigung klappt gut, da die Vermieter deutsch und englisch sprechen. PKW Stellplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Einzig die Terrasse könnte etwas Schatten vertragen. Gegen Mücken sollte man sich schützen (meine Frau wurde arg zerstochen). Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr gut, in 6 km ist man am Meer und in 5 Minuten hat man zu Fuß Bales schönes Zentrum mit einigen guten Restaurants erreicht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Eisdiele, Post usw. gibt es im Ort.
