Description
Not far from the old town of Bale, the 60m² flat is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. From the living room with the well-equipped open kitchen, you have direct access to the 12m² balcony on the garden side.
In the garden near the pool, guests have access to a beautiful barbecue area. The cosy seating area invites you to spend sociable evenings at the barbecue. The large pool is shared by the guests of Villa Nina and the neighbouring Casa Istriana.
The friendly hosts also live in the house and are always available to answer your questions. Of course, the holiday home also has a parking space on the enclosed property.
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and shops are only a 5-minute walk from the flat. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are only a few minutes away by bike or car.

Included services
Final cleaning, bed linen (change every 14 days), towels (change weekly), electricity, water, air conditioning, internet access and visitor's tax. The local registration fee of € 3.00 per person and stay is payable on site.
Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit eigener Terrasse und hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit Pool und zusätzliche Freisitzanlage (Überdacht) mit Grill und gemütlichen Sitzecken für alle Gäste des Hauses. Ideal für Familien, auch als Paar sehr erholsam und es ist alles da was man braucht.

Karina B.: "Everything was great. Diana is hospitable, you can see that the family checks the place daily and keeps it in very good quality and cleanliness. Very nice place, large clean pool, quiet for a family vacation (barbecue, darts, table tennis), each family has its own deck chair and umbrellas. The suite has everything you need for your stay. Sea to reach by car 6 km to the camp, or 15 km to Rovinj where there is a beautiful city beach. Within 20 km both Pula and Porec - Porec has wonderful places to swim in Porec beach - city beach, beautiful walks along the coast, nice town, local pubs, playground for workout and for children. Bale is a beautiful small historic town that lacks nothing - 500 m is a shop (including a butcher), bakery for morning donuts, ATMs, the historic center, cafes, hotels. Nice place for jogging. Lots of cyclists everywhere - probably a great location for cycling. Weather all the time sunny, 25 to 31 st. During the day. An ideal country for rest. Prices in stores twice as much as in the Czech Republic. ATMs charge a withdrawal fee, both local and home. It is better to bring already exchanged kunas."

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft, vor allem auch für Familien mit Kindern, guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen

Alexandra E. schreibt...Es handelt sich um einen kleinen, gepflegten komplex, bestehend aus 2 Ferienwohnungen, einem Ferienhaus und dem Wohnhaus der Vermieter. Das anwesen ist sehr grün, viel Rasenfläche, alter Baumbestand und blühende Blumen. Dies alles wird liebevoll gepflegt und in Schuss gehalten. Highlight ist der große Pool, ebenfalls gepflegt, mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten. Außerdem positiv hervorzuheben ist der Barbecuebereich mit zwei Grills und rustikalen Konoba-Garnituren. Hier kann man unbeschwert schöne Stunden verbringen mit Blick auf den pool, der abends romantisch beleuchtet wird. Die Fewo ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigten. Für alles andere stehen die sehr sympatischen Gastgeber zur Verfügung. Sie tun alles, um den Gast zufrieden zu stellen, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Noch nie haben wir uns so nett empfangen gefühlt. Der Ort Bale ist wunderschön. Wer auf Tourismuszentren steht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Für alles andere sollte man sich selbst ein Bild machen, um sich in den Ort zu verlieben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger) liegen direkt um die Ecke, so dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Nette Lokale ( von urigen Konobas über Pizzeria bis zur gehobenen La Grisa) sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen jedenfalls schon 2015 wieder
