Everything qas in good quality and very clean. The garden the pool were great places to spent time. The localization is also very good you can find beautifull beaches in 15-20minuts by car. I definetly would recommand that place and could visit it again with pleasure. The house and property is beautiful, better even than the pictures. Garden and house were spotlessly clean. We felt home the moment we entered. The house is large and well designed, with enough bed and bathrooms, all modern and equipped to highest standards. The pool is wonderful, although it was still a bit cold to use it regularly. Kristina was very helpful, giving us recommendations on things to do, villages to visit, restaurants to eat at - we had a fabulous time! Charging the electric car was easy as there is an out-door electric connection. I truly can recommend Kristina's place to anybody who wants to spend a peaceful and relaxing time not far from the sea - and away from the hubbub of tourist centres. Die 210 m² große Villa Elizabet liegt im kleinen idyllischen Ort Kaštelir-Babici, nur 9 km von Poreč und vom Meer entfernt.
Das sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus verfügt im Erdgeschoss über einen großzügigen Wohnraum mit einer offenen Küche. Zudem befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und ein zusätzliches WC mit Waschmaschine. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC liegen in der ersten Etage. Der Wohnraum und die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und auch beheizbar.

Vom Wohnraum aus haben Sie einen direkten Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse mit gemauertem Außengrill sowie zu dem 4 x 8 m großen Salzwasserpool.

Genießen Sie die Ruhe des beschaulichen Ortes und die fruchtbare Natur, die sie sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß erkunden können.

Mit Eingang der Reservierungsbestätigung ist eine Anzahlung von 15 % des Mietpreises innerhalb von 10 Tagen fällig. Bis 42 Tage vor dem Anreisetag ist eine Stornierung kostenfrei möglich, die Anzahlung bis maximal 100,00 € wird allerdings nicht zurückerstattet. Danach werden 80% des Mietpreises fällig, sofern die Wohnung im gebuchten Zeitraum nicht weitervermietet werden kann. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückzahlung der Restmiete.
