Simply fantastic 24.07.2021 - The house is simply fantastic and has everything you need... and even more. The pictures shown in Airbnb are a dream but the dream really comes true when you arrive at Casa Milic! It is all brand new, furnished very stylish and with passion for details. You really feel comfortable from the first second and we loved how easy it was to start relaxed holidays. The outdoor area is simply amazing. We used pool and outdoor kitchen a lot and loved to hang out in the lounge in the shade. Nevertheless, it got never boring as we had table tennis and table soccer in the outdoor area as well as a BBQ. What I really want to emphasize is that the owner thought of everything you might need: So there were always enough glasses, plates, chairs and cuttlery for such a big group. But they also provided candles against the mosquitos, washing powder for the laundry and a lot of towles for the bathroom and pool. The house is situated in a very small village. So you do have neigbours but from the pool area you also have sea view and a really romantic sunset nearly every evening. Thank you for the nice holidays! We did not want to leave and would have definitely stayed longer if it would have been possible!

Our stay at villa Milic was fantastic. 18.09.2021 - The villa exceeded our excpectations by far. The crystal clear water of the pool gave us a cool refreshment every day while we enjoyed the pleasant Istrian weather. After a relaxing trip to the wonderful beaches nearby we prepared delicious barbecues in the well equipped outdoor kitchen accompanied by a cozy fireplace. Each dormatory offers a separate bathroom and the laundry rooms gave us the opportunity to wash our clothes and also provided an extra toilette and showers. Another highlight of villa Milic is the wide ranging overlook over the Adrian sea and watching the red sunset. The host had every need in mind and took care of our individual wishes and provided us with a clean and lovely decorated Interieur. We also appreciated the offer of our host to clean the house and the pool once a week free of charge. The villa is located in a countryside area which invites you to follow your morning running routine. Nevertheless, well sorted and extensively stocked supermarkets, historic cities worth a trip and local authentic restaurants are easily to reach by car in under 30 minutes. To put it in a nutshell, villa Milic and the host gave us two weeks full of unforgettable memories.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house 24.06.2022 - The house is very very clean and has everything you need. And even more of it. We didn't know in advance that there was a bathroom and a shower on the ground floor and that there was another toilet and a separate shower next to the outdoor kitchen. We (six adults, three children) were and are very enthusiastic about the house. For most of us it was our first experience with AirBnb and we were not disappointed, on the contrary. The communication and helpfulness of the hostess is excellent. I can't think of anything negative about the house. The pool is a great size so you can swim and play. The location of the city is a bit out of the way but you know that beforehand and that was not a problem for us. We did two big shopping trips and went to a restaurant in the area several times in the evening. If you want to spend a great holiday in a beautiful, stylish villa with charm, this is the place for you. Thank you again to the hosts and all those who have contributed to this. We will be back every time.

The best Airbnb that I've ever stayed in! 09.07.2022 - Christine's Airbnb was absolutely the best Airbnb that I've ever stayed in. The property was spotlessly clean both indoors and outdoors. My boys loved the ping pong table and outdoor lounging areas and we all appreciated the large dining area and bedrooms. The pool was comfortable and there were 6 chaise loungers with pool towels. Probably my favorite thing about her property was all of the interesting plants and flowers. The villa is in a small village, which is quiet but the nearest grocery was probably 15 minutes. That didn't bother us because we're planners and we liked being in the center of the peninsula; it was easy to go to Pula, Rovinj, Porec, etc. If we go back to Istria, I would stay in Christine's place again.

Absolut grandiose Zeit! 01.06.2023 - Wir hatten eine absolut grandiose Zeit in der Villa, die einfach perfekt für eine größere Gruppe ist. Es fehlt an gar nichts! Christine war super schnell im Antworten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Einziger klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: es gibt keinerlei Einkaufs- oder Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das hat uns nichts ausgemacht aber das wäre das einzige, was es zu kritisieren gäbe.

Highly recommend and would love to stay again! 09.06.2023 - Our host, Vlasta, was very helpful. She got us reservations for a restaurant, Mrgani 42 (amazing food!) on the first night and gave us tips for the area. I usually go through a place and clean with Clorox wipes when I arrive, but the house is very clean and we felt at home right away. The salt water pool and outdoor area is amazing. The house is very well-stocked and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Complimentary wine and beer was also available.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! 27.06.2023 - The host was extremely friendly, helpful and responeded pretty quickly to our messages and questions. The villa was very well equipped with everything you might need (mosquito lamps, cleaning devices, air conditioning, etc.) which made our trip super easy and perfectly comfortable. We loved the pool, the outdoor area and really appreciated the number of bathrooms. You could see that the house is taken care of and well-tended. Thank you again! We couldn’t have wished for a better home to spend our vacation and would totally recommend staying in Barat!

Gerne wieder! 05.07.2023 - Wir, zwei Familien mit Kindern zwischen 4 und 8 Jahren, hatten eine super Woche! Das Haus, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Beim Buchen sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass die Villa recht weit außerhalb liegt. Zu den Stränden zwischen Porec und Rovinj fährt man ca. 30 Minuten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nicht fußläufig, aber ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Als Base nach den Ausflügen oder auch für Pooltage ist die Villa aber einfach fantastisch!

Ruhig gelegene Villa mit Pool für 9 Personen
Die schicke Villa Milić befindet sich im kleinen Dorf Barat nördlich des für seine Austernzucht bekannten Lim-Fjordes. Die Steinvilla bietet auf 260m² ein modernes Interieur für bis zu 9 Gäste.Im Erdgeschoss der Villa befindet sich der große Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem Badezimmer. Die 4 Schlafzimmer in der ersten und zweiten Etage sind klimatisiert und verfügen alle über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC.
Der gepflegte Garten mit dem 40 m² (9,0 x 4,5 m) großen Salzwasser-Pool und die überdachte Außenküche mit Spielzimmer (Tischtennis und Tischfußball) laden zum Entspannen ein.

Mit Eingang der Reservierungsbestätigung ist eine Anzahlung von 15 % des Mietpreises innerhalb von 10 Tagen fällig. Bis 42 Tage vor dem Anreisetag ist eine Stornierung kostenfrei möglich, die Anzahlung bis maximal 100,00 € wird allerdings nicht zurückerstattet. Danach werden 80% des Mietpreises fällig, sofern die Wohnung im gebuchten Zeitraum nicht weitervermietet werden kann. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückzahlung der Restmiete.
