05.07.2026 - ...with a lovely garden and fabulous pool, located in a beautiful small town. The villa is modern, spacious and really clean with excellent facilities. My family really enjoyed our holiday and thank you to Cristian for making us feel welcome.

13.06.2026 - The MOST comfortable bed. Christine and Cristian extremely helpful and communicative. The WiFi was fast. The cute town of Bale-Valle was within minutes to walk and we found several good restaurants and a local market that was well stocked. It was a quick drive to the seaside town of Rovinj. Through no fault of the host, we had to cut our stay short. The neighbor had rented his house out to two VERY loud and partying house guests, which didn’t allow us to enjoy Christine’ s beautiful home. We were very disappointed to leave, but due to my heart condition-it doesn’t tolerate stress well. Both Christine and Cristian were helpful and they granted us a refund for unused nights. Fortunately for them, there has been only one other time, in ten years, with a noise complaint. Unfortunately for us, it occurred during our stay.

15.05.2026 - Fantastic place with super amenities that felt like a home away from home for two weeks. Christine provided a cot and high chair which was perfect for our 6 month old baby. Christian met us on arrival and provided some excellent local recommendations. Beautiful pool and outdoor area and Bale is a charming village with some great eateries all within walking distance.

30.07.2025 - This must have been one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful and immaculately clean house with all amenities you could ever expect. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. Lots of space and a large pool (maintained for you), outside kitchen adds to the luxury. Walking distance to the village. Local host Cristian is very helpful and friendly. Huge attention to detail.

19.10.2024 - Wie haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Flores sehr genossen. Das Haus war super sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und hatte eine tolle Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst, was ja gerade in der Küche manchmal dann doch der Fall ist. Sehr empfehlenswert!

08.07.2024 - Bale ist ein herrlicher kleiner Ort. Man ist schnell am Strand und in Rovinji. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

08.05.2024 - Immaculate and perfect. We loved the house, the pool and the town. It’s an easy walk to the town which has great restaurants and bars. We came in May, which is the start of the season and it was still great. We travelled with three young kids and the house was excellent for us. Lots of space, garden, bbq, lovely bedrooms. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time exploring the region, everything is an easy drive. I highly highly recommend this place!

27.10.2023 - Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schönes Haus, toller Pool, gepflegter Garten. Die Kommunikation mit Christine und dem Verantwortlichen vor Ort war prima.

29.08.2023 - Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Flores. Die Villa ist einfach ein Traum, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden und noch dazu der tolle Pool! In Bale waren alle Geschäfte, die man täglich braucht, fußläufig zu erreichen und es gab eine schöne Auswahl an guten Restaurants. Wir kommen sehr gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder!

09.08.2023 - Ein wunderschönes Haus, das bestens ausgestattet war mit großem Garten, der Pool (nicht nur für die Kinder) ein Highlight und eine Umgebung, die es zu entdecken lohnt. Istrien, Bale und die Villa Flores haben uns einen tollen Urlaub verleben lassen, der unbedingt eine Fortsetzung verlangt.
