Apartment for 4 in Novigrad - near the beach
Apartment Antonia is located on the edge of the historical center of Novigrad, within walking distance from the sea and the marina.They can expect a large, rustic kitchen-living room (konoba) on the first floor and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and single bed and shower / WC in the basement. A large covered terrace and a small garden is exclusively available for guests.
The historic town of Novigrad is located in the north of Istria directly on the sea, partly surrounded by a city wall. In the old town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries and stores. The former small fishing village has developed into a popular vacation resort. Kilometers of long beaches line the coast.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
