Time Out at its best 27.07.2024 - We had a very special time, carefree and wonderful. The apartment was welcoming, well equipped and very clean. The family lives on site and it is extreme friendly and caring. Bale is a picturesque place and a true Insidertipp. We will come Back.

Apartment Fioretti is located on the first floor of the well-kept house in a quiet location not far from the center of Bale. With its 55 m² the apartment offers space for up to 4 people.
The apartment has a living-dining room with a very well equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine are included.
The apartment also includes a private shaded terrace, moreover you can share the garden of the house with deck chairs and barbecue.
The hosts also live in the house and will be happy to answer all your questions.
The old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and shopping are close to the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car. Bale is also a good starting point to explore Istria. All destinations can be reached by car in a short time. Cyclists and hikers also get their money's worth on the well-marked trails.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale
Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
