Lovely, clean apartment! 20.05.2025 - They fixed up this apartment very nicely. Everything is new and clean. Our host, Ljubica is lovely.Only issue - bathroom drains have an odor. I understand this I seasonal.

The newly designed apartment has an air-conditioned living/sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), comfortable couch and kitchenette. There is also a washing machine in the modern bathroom with shower/WC.Outside, you will find a small terrace with seating.
The medieval old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The beaches at Camp Mon Perin are 6 km away and can be reached by bike or car in just a few minutes.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale
Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
