Es war rundum alles perfekt! 01.08.2022 - Von der Anfrage bis zur Buchung lief alles perfekt. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden dies jederzeit wieder bei ihr buchen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Und auch der Gastgeber vor Ort war super freundlich und immer für uns da.

Herrlich! 08.08.2022 - Ein Haus in einer wunderschönen Stadt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet, nur wer viel selber kochen möchte, sollte z.B. Schneebesen oder Rührschüssel mitnehmen. Alles andere ist vorhanden. Terrasse und Pool sind herrlich!

Great! 19.08.2022 - We had a great time in this comfortable new airconditioned house. Everything was clean and good, the owner/host Franko is a very nice man. At max a half hour drive there are several beaches and the old towns of Rovinj and Porec are nearby. Thank you Franko!

Dankeschön! 11.09.2022 - Der Gastgeber war unglaublich nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Ferienhaus war schön und modern, alles Nötige war in der Nähe. Zu anderen Städten und zum Strand war es nicht weit. Bale selbst war auch sehr schön. Haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und waren super zufrieden !

Sehr zu empfehlen 24.09.2022 - Das Haus ist toll alles neu und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wetter und Klima bestens nicht zu heiß. Wir waren mitte September dort. Die umliegenden Orte sind nicht sehr weit weg und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
Bale ist ein kleiner Ort. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Es gibt gute Restaurants mit leckerem Essen. Die Bedienungen waren immer freundlich nur mit der deutschen Sprache war es manchmal schwierig.

Wir kommen gerne wieder. 03.06.2023 - Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern in dieser tollen Unterkunft von Franko. Er ist ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in seinem schönen Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bale ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen und bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nahegelegenen Orte wie Rovinj oder Pula. Am Haus war es sehr ruhig, dass man sich gut erholen kann.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Bale 09.07.2023 - Wir waren zu Dritt in der Unterkunft, das Haus und die Einrichtung sind neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Wir wurden vor Ort von dem Inhaber Franko empfangen. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Obstkorb, Wasser, Wein und Olivenöl bereit. Franko ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, welcher stets gut erreichbar war. Wir haben die Tage genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Ein toller Urlaub 13.09.2023 - Wundervolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man sich für einen gelungenen Urlaub wünscht. Super Pool und Grill. Das Haus befindet sich in bester Lage, um im Urlaub auf das Auto verzichten zu können. abgeschlossenes Grundstück, sodass auch 2 PKW sicher abgestellt werden können. Toller Empfang durch Franko mit istrischen Köstlichkeiten als topping,super! Bale ist ein liebevoller, kleiner Ort mit sehr schöner Altstadt. Von der Unterkunft aus ist alles zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Gehminuten (max.400m) zu erreichen. Die täglich pendelnde, kostenfreie Strandbahn ins Mon Perin für Strandausflüge und die dortige Babaloo Bar mit Getränken und Essen rundet einen Badetag gelungen ab. Ein toller Urlaub. Wir werden Bale sicherlich wiedereinmal besuchen.

Would highly recommend 29.06.2024 - Franko, the landlord, was happy to accommodate our early arrival which was great. He was so friendly and welcoming but after showing us around very much left to enjoy the property. The house is spotlessly clean and really well designed and well equipped. The pool was fantastic, plus bbq and four sun beds. Perfect five days, in a beautiful village within minutes walking distance. Thank you for a great start to our holiday!

Beautiful house with private pool in Bale 13.07.2024 - We stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Edera, an almost new house with all the amenities. The available pool was super! And the town itself was lovely. With plenty of restaurants, supermarket(s), a pharmacy etc. We had a hire car and from Bale we explored the area. It was fantastic!

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
