Es war alles blitzsauber und gepflegt und vor allem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten unglaublich nette Gastgeber, die unter uns gewohnt haben und wirklich jederzeit zur Verfügung standen und uns helfen konnten. Das Haus hatte alles Wichtige, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Case Felice is located in the medieval town of Bale, about 12 km south of Rovinj, and only 6 km from the coast with beautiful beaches and crystal clear water.
The stylishly restored stone house offers plenty of space for up to 6 people on a living area of about 110 m².

The spacious living-dining area with the modern, open country kitchen is located on the 1st floor of the house, as well as a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom with shower/WC.

In the small garden with a sitting area there are also deck chairs for the guests. Here you can relax and enjoy the warm summer evenings.

The old town of Bale with its flowery, dreamy alleys are only a few minutes walk from the house.

The house is well maintained and attractively furnished. Once you have been there, you will gladly come back!

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 200 EUR

10.08.2024 - Gerne kommen wir wieder. Auch ohne Auto kann man viel unternehmen. Lediglich eine Anmerkung hätte ich, für Kinder hätte im Ort selbst und auch im eigenen Garten mehr sein können. Es war für uns trotzdem einfach traumhaft schön und ein wirklicher Geheimtipp. Danke für alles

Bale

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.

Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
