Schönes und sehr sauberes Haus mit tollem Pool 03.06.2023 - Wir haben das Haus und den Pool von Jovanka und Mirko sehr genossen. Trotz der nahen Hauptstrasse war es ruhig. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer jedes Jahr das Haus die Umgebung weiter entwickeln, z.B. Pool, Grill, Pingpong Tisch usw.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 200 EUR
