The chic stone house 'Casa Istra' is quietly located on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar only 2 km from the sea. The center of Tar with shopping, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance.
With 150 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The living and dining area on the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house has an open kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a cozy living area - equipped with a games console (PS5) and soundbar, among other things. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The two further bedrooms on the second floor, with a double bed and 2 single beds respectively, also have their own bathroom and access to the balcony.

Outside, the covered seating area with outdoor kitchen, the large pool and a sauna (surcharge 25 ct/kWh) invite you to relax.

Your car is safely parked on the fenced property. A charging station is available for e-car drivers (costs 25 ct/kWh), and you can also use 2 e-scooters (€ 5.00 per day)!

The lively town of Tar-Vabriga in northwestern Istria is surrounded by unspoilt nature with olive groves and vineyards. Good restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping await you.
The famous coastal towns of Poreč, with its historic old town and UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Basilica of Euphrasia, and Novigrad, famous for its varied culinary offer, are only a 10-minute drive away.
