Casa Istriana San Nicolo 11, Bale, Istria, 52211, Croatia 0049 (0)631 4162689 206.00 € - 95.00 € 10 10 Ab sofort unser 2. zu Hause 31.07.2021 - Leider sind unsere 2 Wochen in der Casa Istriana viel zu schnell vorbei gegangen, aber wir haben ja gleich wieder gebucht und freuen uns schon jetzt wieder nach Bale zu fahren. Das Haus, das Grundstück und die perfekte Lage sind nicht zu toppen. Die super netten Vermieter sind immer für uns da und haben unseren Urlaub mit tollen Tipps einfach unvergesslich gemacht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Föhn und sogar eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Fast wie zu Hause. Sollte dennoch irgendwas fehlen, werden alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt. Der RIESEN Pool sucht seines gleichen, man kann. sogar Bahnen schwimmen. Dieser wird zwar von den beiden auf dem Grundstück liegenden Ferienwohnungen mitbenutzt, war aber nie zu voll. Die eigene Liegeecke mit 4 Liegestühlen und 2 Sonnenschirmen vor dem Haus war immer frei. Der kleine Supermarkt von Bale ist so nah, dass man fast keinen eigenen Kühlschrank bräuchte, keine 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt, mit kleiner Metzgerei, Bäcker und Käsetheke. Man bekommt alles was man braucht und muss nicht extra in die großen Supermarktketten fahren. Die Konobas liegen ebenso nah am Haus und man hat die freie Wahl. Das Essen war überall super lecker!!! Bale ist traumhaft schön, vor allem abends :)! Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Hier hat man die Qual der Wahl... Eigentlich ist es überall am Meer schön wir waren oft in Barbariga ? Eine kleine Bimmelbahn fährt die Gäste auch von Bale Stadt an den Strand des Campingplatz Mon Perin und zurück. Wir können Cristian und Diana wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das Wiedersehen. Fußläufig gibt es einen tollen kleinen Supermarkt mit leckerem lokalen Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen und in der Altstadt haben wir lokale Verkäufer von Tomaten und Olivenöl gefunden. Restaurants und Eiscafes gibt es auch. Christian war ein super Host, wir konnten uns prima verständigen und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in 2023. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietenden war sehr persönlich und freundlich. Bale ist ein kleines Städtchen, bietet eine kleine schöne Altstadt und einige interessante Restaurants. Zudem liegt Bale recht zentral, so dass wir so ziemlich alle Orte von Interesse innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichen konnten (Auto allerdings sehr empfohlen). Die Ferienunterkunft ist sehr schön angelegt mit einem schönen Garten und großen Pool und Außenbereich und wirkt hochwertig. Fazit - wir kommen wieder. Besonders herausragend ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber Christian und Diana, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Fussläufig gibt es einige schöne Konobas, die tolles Essen anbieten. Da Bale eher klein ist (man ist aber auch schnell in den touristischen Orten, falls man das möchte) hat es sich seinen Charme behalten. Hübsch bepflanzte Gärten, Nachbarn, sie sich am Abend auf der Straße unterhalten, vom Freisitz hat man einen Blick ins grüne, hügelige Land. Wer nicht den großen Trubel (und Andenkenläden) sucht, sondern Freundlichkeit, gutes Essen und Erholung ist hier richtig! Durch den Vermieter hatten wir einen wunderschönen privat organisierten Bootsausflug mit Besuch von Inseln, schwimmen im Meer, und Delphinen bei Sonnenuntergang. Casa Istriana is a highlight in the quiet center of Bale, just a few minutes from the old town.
The 100 m² Casa Istriana has a living room with a modern, open kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC on the first floor, while two bedrooms and another bathroom (shower/WC) are located on the second floor. The bedrooms each have access to the upper terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the garden with the pool and the old town of Bale. The terrace, which adjoins the living area, is sheltered from the wind so that you can enjoy cooler evenings outdoors.

The adjoining small garden at the house belongs exclusively to the house, the pool area with the summer kitchen is also used by two other vacation apartments of the neighboring Villa Nina. The hosts live in the adjoining house and are always available to answer any questions you may have.

Of course, the house also has a parking space on the enclosed property.

The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the house. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR

Included services

Final cleaning, bed linen (change every 14 days), towels (change weekly), electricity, water, air conditioning, internet access and visitor's tax. The local registration fee of € 3.00 per person and stay is payable on site.

10.08.2025 - Unsere Familie (2 Erw. 2 Kinder) hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Cristian ist ein äußert netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Gleich am 1 Tag haben wir tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen erhalten und am 3 Tag stand eines Morgens eine Kiste mit frischem Obst Gemüse vor der Tür. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!!! Leider ist für Sommer 2026 schon alles ausgebucht :-(

27.07.2025 - Christian war ein super Gastgeber! Er hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und uns mit leckeren regionalen Aufmerksamkeit überrascht. Der Pool ist herrlich! Zum Strand für eine kleine Bahn vom Campingplatz, den wir kostenlos nutzen konnten.

17.07.2025 - Wir kommen wieder, das sagt eigentlich alles aus. Unterkunft sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber - vor allem der Garten und Pool sind sehr einladend. Besonders der Kontakt zu Christian war sehr herzlich, viele Tips für unseren Urlaub und dann noch ein Korb mit Obst Gemüse und Wein, der abends vor unserer Tür stand. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und wären gern noch geblieben. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

03.05.2025 - Beautiful location, spacious garden where you can sit privately. The pool is shared, but there are also plenty of places to sit. You can walk into town quickly and easily. The house has everything you need. Christian is easily accessible for questions and will provide tips for the area.

30.10.2024 - It's practical and peaceful, with a decent kitchen, comfy beds, and 2 wonderful terraces where to relax...before you even go to the pool and the oven area! it's bright and airy too. the village of Bale is superb, easily accessible, and has enough stores and a great choice of restaurants. it's also close to a major road, making it a great base to explore. Christine and the caretaker Christian have been responsive and helpful. thanks again for having us!

19.09.2024 - Heel vriendelijke host. Dichtbij gelegen plaatselijke bakker en kleine supermarkt in het pittoreske dorpje Bale. Ook leuk dat je toegang krijgt tot de nabijgelegen camping aan zee waar je gemakkelijk aan een kiezelstrand geraakt.

16.08.2024 - Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) spent a wonderful week in Bale. The house is comfortable, well equipped and clean, the outdoor area with garden and pool is beautiful and well-maintained. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The town is very nice and location is very central for exploring Istria region.

Bale

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.

Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
