The holiday residence Sant Elia with its 4 apartments is located in the medieval town of Bale, only 12 km from ´Istria´s pearl´ Rovinj.
The heart of the complex is the 5 x 10 m pool in the middle of the spacious garden with herb garden, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue with a large lounge area. The 45 m² ´Beach´ apartment has a living/dining area with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is also a sofa bed with 2 additional sleeping options. A private terrace in the garden also belongs to this apartment.
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
