What a wonderful stay! 30.06.2021 - What a wonderful stay. The house is extraordinary and even a little better than you would expect from the pictures. The whole interior is valuable, clean and super nice and so is the garden. Everything is new and modern. The design is elegant. But the main difference that comes with this house are the owners. Ines is such a great host. Her recommendations are priceless. She was always available, helped with everything and made this trip unique. Many thanks!

House NoE is such a beautiful place to stay at! 22.06.2021 - Everything is super-clean, well-equipped (all our special needs for our baby were taken care of) and really nicely decorated. There is lots of room (we were 4 adults 1 baby) and it felt like home within the first few minutes. The beach is a 5-min car ride away and you can reach some really nice restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery by a 5-min walk. Bale in general is such a lovely place; it is nice just to take a walk in the evening and to enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere in city centre nearby House NoE. The jacuzzi in the garden offers a perfect way of relaxing after a day at the beach. The host was super friendly and reliable and communication went great! We would definitely recommend House NoE and would love to come again!

Gerne wieder... 24.10.2020 - Wir waren eine Woche Ende Oktober in dem wunderschoenen Haus Noe zu Gast. Die Gastgeber wohnen gegenueber und sind unheimlich entgegenkommend und gastfreundlich. Mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps haben wir ein paar tolle Ausfluege in Istrien unternommen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist super ausgestattet und auch fuer kalte Tage geruestet. Wir waren vom Whirlpool sehr begeistert und fanden auch den kleinen Garten sehr entspannend. Der Ort Bade ist sehr huebsch und es ist ein Supermarkt und Baecker in Laufnaehe.

Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt und fürs Kümmern. 17.07.2021 - Ein tolles Haus mit tollen Gastgebern. Für uns war das Haus NoE der krönende Abschluss unserer Reis durch Kroatien. Sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so wie wir unser eigenes Haus einrichten würden. Zusätzlich hat uns Ines noch mit kleinen Nettigkeiten versorgt. Und auch Bale hat uns sehr gefallen. Traumhaft! 10.10.2021 - Haus Noe ist wirklich traumhaft. Vor allem die Sauberkeit, die liebevolle Ausstattung und die Lage sowohl zum Ort Bale als auch zum Meer (Zugang zum Camping Mon Perin) hat uns absolut überzeugt. Für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern einfach perfekt! Vielen Dank an Christine für die freundliche und rasche Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Und vielen lieben Dank an Ines, die Besitzerin vor Ort. Sie war innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchte, gab uns viele Tipps, brachte bei Bedarf frische Handtücher und überraschte uns mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die für uns bereit standen. Eine bessere Gastgeberin kann man sich nicht wünschen!

Ein Traum von einem Haus! 18.04.2022 - Tolle Deko, alles sehr harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt, sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher, Decken zum Einkuscheln, Bademäntel, Gewürze, Öle usw. Klasse Jacuzzi! Die Aufzählung wäre endlos. Wir waren sehr begeistert! Die Lage ist super und Bale ein traumhaftes Örtchen. Die Gastgeberin Ines hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und versorgt.

The house is just wonderful 06.05.2023 - ...everything is furnished for maximum comfort. The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

House NoE is perfect for those looking for modern design in a quiet retreat. The house is located in the beautiful town of Bale, which awaits you with a medieval old town and narrow, flowery streets.The lavishly renovated stone house has been furnished with great taste and very high quality by the owners Ines and Giulio. On the first floor you will find the spacious, light-flooded living room with open kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower/WC. The two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the second floor of the house.
Experience relaxing evenings in the sheltered courtyard with outdoor kitchen or soak up the sun in the sunny garden. Here you can also enjoy a dip in the hot tub.
The nearest beaches are located 6 km from the house. These can be reached quickly by car or shuttle train. You have free access to the Mon Perin campsite with its excellent infrastructure. On the beach there is also the Palao Park with pool area (chargeable).
The old town of Bale with numerous restaurants and shopping facilities is only a few minutes away from the house. Rovinj, the pearl of the Adriatic, is only 12 km away from Bale.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
