House Pokrajac is located in Rovinjsko Selo, just a few minutes drive from picturesque Rovinj and the sea.The modern and very high quality equipped apartment On the Top extends over the first and second floor of the house. It has a living area of about 180 m² with 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower / toilet, 1 guest toilet and a large open living room with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned, WLan, dishwasher, washing machine and TV in the bedrooms are included.
The highlight of the apartment is the jacuzzi on the roof terrace - here you can end the day at sunset.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
