Residence Radovan is located north of the old town of Poreč just a few minutes' walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.The house has a total of 5 apartments for 2 to 4 people each. All of them have a balcony or terrace. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor with a large terrace. Living room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC offer enough space for 2 persons.
In the common area of the house there is a barbecue with seating area and deck chairs in the garden. Washing machine with dryer and parking spaces are of course available!

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
