Sehr schöner Urlaub! 14.07.2022 - Es ist ein sehr schöne und neue Wohnung. Der Check-In war super problemfrei und die Gastgeber sehr nett und für Fragen immer erreichbar. Für uns gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Ich empfehle diese Wohnung 25.09.2024 - Schöne und saubere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dorf Porec entfernt. Herzlicher Empfang und ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit der Gastfamilie.
Apartment in Poreč for 4 - only 500 m from the sea
Residence Radovan is located north of the old town of Poreč within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants.The house has a total of 5 apartments for 2 to 4 people each. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. The 52 m² apartment 4 is located in the attic of the house and has a private balcony. A living area with open kitchen and sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a guest toilet offer a lot of comfort for up to 4 persons.
In the common area of the house is a barbecue with seating area and deck chairs in the garden available. Washing machine with dryer and parking spaces are of course available!

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
