Just 2 km from the sea and 5 km from the picturesque towns of Poreč and Vrsar, Villa Albina is located in the small, tranquil village of Mugeba.The 120 m² first floor has a large living/dining area with an open kitchen and a guest WC as well as three bedrooms on the second floor (2 x double bed, 1 x two single beds that can also be pushed together) and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The sofa bed in the living room offers two further sleeping options. The villa can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. The villa impresses with its clear, chic design, which is also continued in the outdoor area. The 21 m² pool and the covered terrace invite you to relax.
The nearby towns of Poreč and Vrsar offer a wide range of cultural, gastronomic and sporting activities. Fantastic beaches can even be reached quickly by bike.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
