Villa with large pool and stunning views
Only a few kilometres from Labin and the seaside resort of Rabac lies this modern villa with a magnificent view over the green hilly landscape of Istria all the way to the sea.On the first floor, the villa has a spacious living room with dining area and open, ultra-modern, perfectly equipped kitchen as well as a guest WC. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower/WC or bathtub/shower/WC. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV.
From the living room you have access to the large, covered terrace with the brick barbecue and the pool area. The highlight of the 38 m² pool is the infinity edge with a fantastic view as far as the sea. Here you can relax and unwind. Children are also well catered for, with a swing, table soccer, trampoline and darts.
The medieval town of Labin is only 3.3 km away and the famous tourist resort of Rabac with its beautiful pebble beaches is only 5.5 km away.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 400 EUR
