Villa Benvenuti was restored in Istrian modern country style. It awaits you on the first floor a spacious living-dining area with open fully equipped kitchen, a winter garden with access to the terrace, a bedroom (double bed) with bathroom, a separate bathroom and the laundry room.
The second floor is reserved for two more bedrooms ( 2 x double bed, 1 x plus sofa bed) each with a bathroom.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating on the first floor. The outdoor pool is also heated. So the villa is at your disposal all year round.
The 400 m² property is completely fenced. Fruit and vegetables thrive in the garden, which guests are welcome to harvest.
