The sofa bed in the living room offers two further sleeping options. The villa can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. The villa impresses with its clear, chic design, which is also continued in the outdoor area. The 21 m² pool and the covered terrace invite you to relax.

Villa Albina, the other half of the semi-detached house, offers a mirrored floor plan with the same furnishings and an outdoor pool. Both houses are of course self-contained units, but offer the opportunity to spend a vacation with extended family, friends and acquaintances without sacrificing privacy.

The nearby towns of Poreč and Vrsar offer a wide range of cultural, gastronomic and sporting activities. Fantastic beaches can even be reached quickly by bike.
