Die Lage ist super, alles (Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Café) und die schöne Altstadt waren in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fanden bei unserer Anreise einen leckeren Begrüßungswein vor und erhielten ein tolles Abschiedgeschenk von den Vermietern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir in der Region wieder Urlaub machen. Holiday flat with large pool in medieval Bale

Not far from the old town of Bale, the 60m² flat is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. From the living room with the well-equipped open kitchen, you have direct access to the 12m² balcony on the garden side.
In the garden near the pool, guests have access to a beautiful barbecue area. The cosy seating area invites you to spend sociable evenings at the barbecue. The large pool is shared by the guests of Villa Nina and the neighbouring Casa Istriana.

The friendly hosts also live in the house and are always available to answer your questions. Of course, the holiday home also has a parking space on the enclosed property.

The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and shops are only a 5-minute walk from the flat. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are only a few minutes away by bike or car.

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR

Die Lage ist super, alles (Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Café) und die schöne Altstadt waren in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bale

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.

Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
