Die Villa ist ein Traum 20.08.2023 - Wir waren zu 8., Anfang August, in der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei. Die Villa ist ein Traum, schöne Innenausstattung und toller Pool im Garten. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, in die Nachbarstadt Rovinj fährt man ca 15-20 Minuten. Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, dass wir uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden würden.
Stylish villa with pool for 8 in Bale
Villa Palmeta in Bale is a brand new, ultra-modern villa with an exclusive interior and large heated pool. It offers 137 m² of space for up to 8 people.The villa has on the first floor a large living-dining room with open kitchen, a comfortable light-filled bedroom overlooking the pool and ensuite bathroom (shower/WC) and a utility room. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms with double bed and en suite bathroom (shower/WC) and another room with sofa bed. From one bedroom on the second floor you have access to the roof terrace.
The covered outdoor area is equipped with a modern outdoor kitchen and a shaded sitting area. There is space for at least two cars on the property.
The beaches of the Mon Perin campsite can be reached in a few minutes by car. You have free entrance and can use the infrastructure of the campsite.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale
Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
