Sehr empfehlenswert 01.08.2021 - Der gesamte zur Wohnung gehörende Aussenbereich (bestehend aus gemütlichem kleinen Sitzplatz direkt beim Gartenausgang, weiter Terrasse in sehr gepflegtem Garten sowie überdachtem Sitzplatz beim Aussen-Cheminée) ist top und steht den Mietern zur alleinigen Benutzung zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zwar nicht modern, aber zweckmässig. Alles ist sehr sauber. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum alten Stadtkern ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, daher sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful stay! 06.08.2021 - Our stay was really good. The host family was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The apartment was also very clean and big and well equipped. The garden is also a highlight from the house, it is really beautiful , you can have a nice rest there. We really enjoyed staying there. The village Bale is also very beautiful, its like a small Rovinj.

Holiday flat for 4 persons in the medieval town of Bale near Rovinj
Apartment Tina is located just a few metres from the old town of Bale on the ground floor of the well-kept house.The 75 m² flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with another double bed, a very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub/WC.
The furnishings are super neat and everything is spotlessly clean!
The real highlight of the flat, however, is the flowery garden, where there is also a covered BBQ area.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
