Piccolo , tranquillo , fuori dal caos dei grossi centri urbani, ma altresì vicino che basta per non dover fare troppa strada per un bel tuffo nel mare cristallino , o per una cenetta romantica in un viale di città più frequentate . Das Haus hat unten einen Wohn- und Essbereich genau so wie auf den Bildern und im ersten und zweiten Stock zwei richtig große Schlafzimmer. Das Schöne ist, dass es unten und im zweiten Stock beim Schlafzimmer eine Toilette gibt. Draußen kann man frühstücken und abends schön sitzen. Wir haben auch einmal mit dem Grill gegrillt. Vlatka und Darko sind zwei wirklich liebe, herzliche, offene und aufmerksame Menschen. Sie haben uns mit Obst und Trinken und etwas zu essen begrüßt. Und waren jederzeit für unsere Fragen da. Es war sehr schön, sie kennen zu lernen und bei Ihnen zu wohnen!

Casa Calabressa is located on the outskirts of the old town of Bale. It can accommodate up to six people with its two air-conditioned bedrooms and a sleeping option in the living-dining area.
A spacious living/dining area with integrated kitchenette awaits you on the first floor. There is also a guest WC. On the second floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the third floor you will find a spacious, also air-conditioned bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

From the first floor you have access to the large wooden terrace with seating, sun loungers and barbecue.

The owners live near Zagreb and have set up a small apartment with separate access in the basement of the house.

The beautiful beaches of San Pol and Colone are only 6 km away. The picturesque town of Rovinj is only 12 km from Bale.

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has retained its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil directly from the producer in the village.

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 200 EUR

Included services

Final cleaning, bed linen (change every 14 days), towels (change weekly), electricity, water, air conditioning, internet access and visitor's tax. The local registration fee of € 3.00 per person and stay is payable on site.
